Description: The “Bourgogne Pinot Noir” produced by Domaine Antonin GUYON come from 3 villages in Côte de Beaune, namely Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-lès-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton. Hand-harvested, the grapes are then carried in small boxes and sorted out upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation during 10 days in wooden open vats, with treading and temperature control.
Tasting Note: Nice ruby robe, and red fruit aromas. This wine exhibits a fine and elegant structure and has a good finish. This wine can be drunk now or kept for another 5 years.
